1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 2025pub website and any associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is demonstrated by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process, making a deposit to your 2025pub wallet, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or promotion, or simply continuing to browse the Platform after these Terms have been presented to you.

If you are accessing 2025pub on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such a case, "you" and "your" will refer to that person or entity.

2025pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on file with your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 2025pub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. This is a strict, non-waivable requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing wagers, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 2025pub or PAGCOR, or have been subject to a previous permanent account ban by 2025pub.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 2025pub, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or its game providers.

2025pub conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using Philippine government-issued identification documents. Any player who cannot or does not successfully complete KYC verification will have their account suspended pending review and may be unable to process withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 2025pub. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including through the use of different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and complete residential address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, whether or not you authorized those specific actions.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 2025pub support immediately at [email protected]. 2025pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

2025pub is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Driver's License, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and National ID (PhilSys). 2025pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

2025pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and InstaPay-enabled bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 2025pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposits are credited to your 2025pub wallet upon confirmation from your payment provider. 2025pub is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500 applies. You must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.

2025pub aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the verification status of your account, and applicable compliance checks. 2025pub reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays.

4.3 Anti- Money Laundering

2025pub is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR directives. 2025pub reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

You acknowledge that all funds deposited into your 2025pub account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by 2025pub, PAGCOR, or Philippine law enforcement authorities in connection with your account activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

2025pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus rules where there is a conflict.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 2025pub reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 2025pub are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

All slot games and random-outcome table games on 2025pub use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios using physical equipment such as cards, roulette wheels, and dice, all subject to independent testing and certification.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 2025pub will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 2025pub shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the amount staked on the affected game round.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Void Bets

2025pub reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, software malfunction, incorrect odds or pricing, or any form of collusion or cheating. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to be aware of the signs of problem gambling.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

Every 2025pub account includes built-in responsible gaming tools accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specified time period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2025pub and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2025pub staff, dealers, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2025pub Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, service marks, and all other materials — is the property of 2025pub or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 2025pub's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2025pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided through it.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any content, advice, or information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors beyond 2025pub's reasonable control.

In all cases, 2025pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 2025pub account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 2025pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

2025pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By creating a 2025pub account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law, and with KYC verification service providers and payment processors necessary for the operation of your account.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 2025pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance from your account. Accounts subject to a pending withdrawal, active bonus wagering requirement, or open investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure.

12.2 Termination by 2025pub

2025pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; required by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any available balance in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to 2025pub's customer support team for informal resolution. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Both parties agree to cooperate fully in any such process.

To the extent that formal legal proceedings are necessary, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

2025pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the 2025pub Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
